In accordance with the requirement of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder, the Board of Directors has constituted the CSR Committee. The CSR Committee means the committee of the board constituted in terms of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 5 of the rules, comprises of the following members:

• Sh. Anil Kumar Sood- Chairman of the Committee 
• Sh. Chetan Prakash Jain- Member of the Committee
• Sh. Surinder Pal Singh- Member of the Committee
